problems... did you also check the connectors to your battery (off clean and back on) and as many earth points as you could find? I assume you following this.. [ http://www.pexcom.com.au/z32cms/e107_plugins/content/content.php?content.340 ] when you say coolant sensor I take it you mean the ecu one (with two prongs) and not the dash gauge one (one prong). the one on the left.. [ http://www.pexcom.com.au/z32cms/e107_plugins/content/content.php?content.393 ] there is still the idle calibration at the IAA, timing, Throttle bodies adjustment.. [ http://www.pexcom.com.au/z32cms/e107_plugins/content/content.php?content.335 ] and very important vac / boost (if you have a TT)leak [ http://www.pexcom.com.au/z32cms/e107_plugins/content/content.php?content.488 ] cheap diy plug [ http://www.pexcom.com.au/z32cms/e107_plugins/content/content.php?content.487 ] you also have the possibility of fuel supply issues, filter, pump, relay or ecu. another common problem is PTU (for older cars) and also corrosion or bad coils relay (ING COIL) in main fuse box. I’m sure there are a few other possible issues I haven’t mentioned and with any luck someone else will be along soon to add some more.
